I've been here several times since the Yelp event was held here a few years back. The food is consistent and satisfies the craving for a burger. Everything tastes fresh to me and high quality. The burgers are always good. This last time I came here, I ordered a Cesar salad with grilled cheese croutons and a side of Mac and cheese (lent). The food was not bad. I would've preferred a burger, but glad they have non meat options. My sister got the chicken sandwich and my brother in law got the bbq Bacon burger. They both really enjoyed their food as well. We will definitely be back, but probably to the location closer to Sacramento. Great place to enjoy. The food can get heavy though, and not the healthiest. In the warmer season, they also have concerts at this plaza so parking will be difficult Friday evenings.

We stopped in for lunch, and while the place was a bit packed, they offered the option to order at the kiosk or directly with a cashier. We went with the BBQ Bacon Burger, Mac Daddy, and garlic fries. The garlic fries were loaded with garlic--absolutely fantastic! Both the sandwich and burger were packed with flavor. Next time, I think I'll give the chicken sandwich a try!

If you're looking for a perfectly juicy flavorful burger, Bruchi's has it. I don't know of another place that makes such good hamburgers. Their fries are awesome to. The staff are great friendly people. The manager greets everyone, works the counter, and works with her staff to make sure all the customers are having a good experience. It's a great place with great food and a great atmosphere. Best burgers in town.

This spot is at the Palladio, so parking may take a few minutes. You order at a kiosk and take a pager that vibrates when your order is ready food was ready in less than 10 minutes. Good selection to choose from of chicken sandwiches, burgers and grilled cheese. Food was pretty good and I would eat here again

The meat is tastey and the regular fries are different. I got the melt burger and my kids got the kids grilled cheese with fries. It was enough for them to split. They sell lemonade in the fridge per cup and it's good. The service is fast and the doors open up at the location like a garage. The location is in the Palladio and it's easiest to park in the garage nearby instead of driving around for a spot.

I haven't had a bad experience here. First was a mobile order, and I've been hooked since! I ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup and i was happy as ever. Another time i ordered the Sicilian and soup again so happy! Today i ordered the loaded fries and a a grilled cheese that has mushroom! I was just enjoying my whole moment with it. Coming in i was quickly greeted, you have the option of ordering with a person or the kiosk. I didn't want the person waiting on my to figure out what i wanted so today i used the kiosk. Even though i used the kiosk they were still very attentive and quick to provide what i needed. The wait for food didn't take long and i didn't mind a small wait as my food was fresh! Anything with cheese must be fresh right! I feel so bad i didn't get any names but one of the girls asked how my food was after and made sure to see if i needed anything! They are so genuine in here. Today's Sando was perfect for me. I saved half and finished at home my fav part was the little bit of red flakes on the bread to give it a little spice. 5/5 The fries- bacon, cheese and ranch- this was basically enough to be my lunch and I'm probably going to have this as my go to from now on. It's not like others where they are slim on the toppings. 6/5 Oh and they have their own line of soda the black cherry is my fav. Pretty sure I'll be back to enjoy another solo lunch in there open spacious dining area.

The burger was real good juicy and everything real good taste and flavor, I can't give it all starts cuz I noticed that all the burgers are made medium rare, it messed up my stomach I should of asked them to make it well done, shake was really good perfect and thick, but it is up there in price my wife got the melt burger I got the bbq bacon and we both got a vanilla shake and it was $38

I like that you can use a kiosks to order and the wait wasn't bad at all. We had a party of 9 and weren't sure we would able to find a table but we didn't have an issue. The kids meals were perfect for the littles and I was relieved to see they came with milk instead of soda! They had enough drink for their entire meal which was also a plus. The adults ordered melts, mac n cheese and burgers. The burgers are a great portion and they are juicy! The fries were tasty as well. Unfortunately the people who ordered the patty melt and mac n cheese were not impressed. We split our burgers with them and they enjoyed them. Overall I would say it was a pretty good win if you are in the mood for a juicy burger! The bill was about $100 for all of us.

If you're into melty, cheesy goodness like I am, you can't go wrong with The Melt. Located in the popular Palladio Shopping Center in Folsom, they feature burgers, chicken sandwiches, other cheesey sandwiches, mac n cheeses, salads, soups, and sides. There are plenty of tables/seating inside and a handful of tables outside. It's a counter-service restaurant so food is prepared fairly quickly upon ordering. We've tried their burgers, chicken sandwiches, mac n cheese, lemonade, and milkshakes. Their service is friendly and efficient. And their food is made consistently well. I love their swiss cheese and mushroom chicken sandwiches and their mac n cheese. Their fries are really good, too.
